Why do work conversations have to revolve around comebacks and egos? Why can't everyone be nice to each other. I mean I don't go out of my way to give ppl shit or should I? There are so many things wrong with our group dynamic at Ti. That is why this company will never lead. That is why this company will stay mundane and predictable. I keep telling myself 9 to 5 isn't for me.
